Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your registration, please contact the ASCAPAP 2026 secretariat via e-mail (office@ascapap2026.org). Written requests for cancellation is required.
All refunds will be made by cancellation of credit card before pre-registration due date or bank transfer after the end of ASCAPAP 2026 congress.
All bank service charges and administration fees will be deducted from the registration refunds.
